Functional Bodybuilding

 This is a blending of the functional movement and bodybuilding worlds. Imagine it a way to strengthen your functional movements like squat, press and deadlift with movements such as bicep curls, core work and dumbbell training!


Barbell Strength

This program is for those who desire to get strong. Plain out raw strong! This program will primarily rotate lifts such as snatch, clean and jerk, squats and pulls from the floor! It is not for the faint of heart but for those who have that warrior spirit!
