2 front squat
3 power cleans
4 deadlifts
5 burpees
6 sit-ups
7 kb swings 53/26
8 goblets squats
9 box jumps 24/20″
10 kb snatches
11 OH squats
12 alt lunges with kb

This workout repeats through just like the song. 1, 1+2,1+2+3….. Etc
