At CrossFit Upheaval our focus is on our clients. We are constantly looking for new ways to help people become healthy and achieve their goals. Our Trainers Ben and Shannon have a combined 15+ years of training experience as well as an extensive knowledge of the human body and biomechanics! In addition to experience our trainers have passion for health and fitness and love showing up to our job and help shape peoples health and wellness!

LOCATION

Our location is an air conditioned 2000 square foot facility that we take pride in keep clean and up to date with new equipment. We are adjacent to Round Rock, Pflugerville, and Georgetown. Our facility also has a shower at your disposal if you need to shower between a workout and work. Soon to be expanding to 3500 square feet!!
